What Traffic Measures
The Traffic section shows the platform's pageview counters for the current site.
It is mainly useful for:
- checking monthly usage
- spotting recent traffic changes
- comparing domains
- reviewing short and medium-term trends
It is a product operations view, not a full marketing analytics suite.
Monthly Traffic Usage
At the top of the page you can see the monthly usage card.
This shows:
- pageviews counted this month
- your current plan limit, when a limit exists
- percentage used
- the UTC reset date for the next monthly cycle
This is the same pageview counter used for plan limits.
Current Counters
The page also gives you quick counters for:
- this minute
- this hour
- today
- this month
Use them when you want a very fast pulse on site activity.
Range Analysis
Below the overview cards, you can switch the reporting window to presets such as:
60m24h7d30d
You can also change the bucket size depending on the selected range:
- minute
- hour
- day
That lets you inspect traffic as a short spike, a daily curve, or a broader trend.
Domain Filter
If the same site is accessed from more than one hostname, use the Domain filter to narrow the view.
This is useful for separating:
- production traffic
- alternate traffic sources before they become your main public domain
- alternate public domains
You can either type a domain manually or click one from the top domains list.
Top Domains
The right side of the page highlights the domains generating the most traffic.
That helps answer practical questions such as:
- Is most traffic hitting the main production host?
- Are previews or alternate hosts creating noise?
- Is a migration to a new domain already taking effect?
What This Page Does Not Do
This panel does not currently act as:
- an export tool
- a subscription management screen
- a full behavior analytics platform
For deeper audience analysis you may still use an external analytics tool, but this panel remains the source of truth for product-side traffic accounting.
