Smart Links
Beta access
Smart Links is currently available to sites with Beta access enabled. If you do not see it in the CMS, contact support or check your plan.
Smart Links let you create one public commercial link and control where visitors go based on rules such as country, device, or campaign priority.
Use Smart Links for:
- bookmaker offers
- broadcast or streaming offers
- sponsor campaigns
- app download links
- market-specific landing pages
- buttons inside popups or promotional modules
Main concepts
| Concept | What it means |
|---|---|
| Advertiser | The brand, bookmaker, broadcast provider, sponsor, or partner receiving traffic |
| Smart Link | The public tracked link you place on your site |
| Destination | The final page a visitor is sent to |
| Rule | A condition that decides which destination should be used |
| Click log | A recent list of clicks used to confirm routing and traffic |
Create your first Smart Link
Add an advertiser
Go to Settings -> Smart Links -> Advertisers and create the partner or brand you want to promote.
Create the Smart Link
Open Links, create a new Smart Link, give it a clear name, and choose the default advertiser or destination.
Add rules if needed
Use rules when different visitors should go to different places. For example, Spain can go to one offer and mobile visitors can go to an app landing page.
Place the link on your site
Use the Smart Link in bookmaker links, broadcast links, promotional modules, modals, popovers, or CTA buttons where available.
Test the click
Open the public site, click the link, and confirm that the visitor reaches the expected destination.
Rules
Rules help you route visitors without creating many different public buttons.
Common rules:
- show a different offer by country
- send mobile visitors to an app page
- send desktop visitors to a normal website
- pause or disable one rule without deleting it
- drag rules into priority order
Always keep a default destination. If no rule matches, the visitor should still go somewhere useful.
Custom click domain
Some sites use a custom click domain such as go.yourdomain.com or
click.yourdomain.com.
Typical setup:
Choose the subdomain
Pick a short subdomain that is easy to recognize.
Add it in Smart Links
The CMS shows the DNS record you need.
Copy the CNAME
Add the CNAME record exactly as shown in your domain provider.
Wait for connection
DNS and SSL can take time. The CMS shows when the domain is ready.
If the click domain is still pending, links may not redirect correctly yet. Check the domain status before changing campaign settings.
Click log and reports
Use the Click log to confirm that clicks are arriving and that routing is working as expected.
Useful checks:
- the clicked link is the one you expected
- the country or device looks correct
- the destination is correct
- the click appears shortly after testing
Reports help you compare links, advertisers, and markets over time.
Practical advice
- Use clear names such as "Bet365 Spain mobile" or "DAZN Italy offer".
- Keep the default destination active.
- Test every important rule before publishing a campaign widely.
- Use one Smart Link in many places instead of creating duplicates.
- Check the Click log after making rule changes.
